This 2.3-mile loop can be accessed at the Sims Creek Overlook and the Sims Pond Overlook.
This easy 2.3-mile loop follows the shore of Price Lake.
Boone Fork Trail
This 5.5-mile loop trail is moderate to strenuous in difficulty and traverses a number of different terrains—streams, open fields, rocky outcrops, meadows, and rhododendron thickets. Access is from the Price Park Picnic Area or the Price Park Campground.
Tanawha Trail
This 13.5-mile one-way trail runs from the Price Park Campground to the Beacon Heights Parking Area near Linville. You can pick up this trail at many pullouts between here to Beacon Heights, as the trail follows closely to the Blue Ridge Parkway. From the campground the trail is accessed by walking part way on the Boone Fork Trail.
