Little Calf Island is only a few hundred yards north of the larger Calf Island in outer Boston Harbor. It is nothing more than a tiny rock, so there is no reason to attempt to land on it, and I don’t think that’s possible anyway. Furthermore, it is a popular spot for bird nesting, so the National Park Service discourages visits from April through August.

Little Calf Island is not serviced by the Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area public ferry.
