There are eight historical cemeteries along the Natchez Trace Parkway. See the following web pages for more information. Mile marker numbers are given in parenthesis. Mileage is counted from south to north, so the lower the number, the farther south the stop is located.:

- Deans Stand (73.5)
- Cowles Mead Cemetery (88.1)
- Old Trace and Confederate Graves (269.4)
- Meriwether Lewis Grave Site (385.9)
- Tobacco Farm and Old Trace Drive (401.4)
