The Lost Mountain View stop on the Blue Ridge Parkway is the southernmost of three stops within a mile of each other, all facing the same direction and all offering the same view. I assume Lost Mountain is the mountain seen above the identification sign since the signs usually face the feature you are supposed to be looking at. There is nothing particularly interesting, and since there are no picnic tables or trails here, there is not much point in stopping.
