Trails: None
Picnic Tables: 1 (no grill)

For those of you who have never seen a creek, here’s your chance. Dancing Creek runs right in front of the parking area, giving visitors much easier access to it than from the White Oak Flats Overlook (one stop to the north on the Blue Ridge Parkway) where you must hike .2 mile to see it. Of course, why you would want to access the creek, I don’t know. The thing that gets me is that there is a parking lot for 30 cars at this stop, and the only thing here is one picnic table. When the parking lot fills with all of the Dancing Creek fanatics, they can fight over this one table.
