The English Camp Picnic Area does not have a parking lot—just a small, roadside pullout along the Natchez Trace Parkway—and it really isn’t much of a picnic area since it only has one table and one grill. The table is located at the bottom of a fairly steep hill, so you have some work cut out for you if you plan to haul your picnic supplies down to it. There isn’t even a path to the table, so you must walk down the hill through the grass, which when wet is very slippery. You will, however, be rewarded with a spot right next to a small but scenic cascade of water.
