There are two camping options at Fire Island National Seashore. Backcountry camping is allowed in the Otis Pike Wilderness year-round, while a traditional tent campground is available from mid-May through mid-October at Watch Hill.

Though not a National Park Service campground, the nearby Smith Point County Park has camping facilities.
