CANYON RIM DRIVE
STOP 9: EBERHART POINT OVERLOOK
Eberhart Point is located midway on the Canyon Rim Drive. It is home to two overlooks, a decent-sized picnic area with restrooms, and the trailhead for the Eberhart Trail.

As with Crow Point, the overlooks at Eberhart Point require walking from the parking area, though this time the path is paved (the hill is still rather steep).

The path eventually forks, with both paths leading to overlooks. The one straight ahead isn’t all that great. The path to the right heads down another hill to a second overlook that isn’t much better. Overall, the walk really isn’t worth the effort.
