Riis Beach Collective, an authorized National Park Service concessionaire, provides food and drink vendors during the summer at various locations along the concrete plaza that runs the length of Jacob Riis Beach. The main vending areas are at the Bathing Pavilion and Bay 9, an area on the west side of the beach parking lot. There is also a concession stand at the Wise Clock, a clock built in 1891 and installed at Jacob Riis Park in 1941.
