See the Camping web page for an interactive location map.
The Naval Live Oaks Youth Group Campground is located on the shore of Pensacola Bay in the Naval Live Oaks unit of Gulf Islands National Seashore. It is a tents-only campground exclusively for organized youth groups with members under the age of 18 (Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts, etc.). The facility can hold up to 40 people. Reservations are required. Call (850) 934-2600 (M-F, 8 AM to 4 PM Central Time) or email the park at guis_special_use_permits@nps.gov for more information.
The campground includes a covered picnic pavilion, restrooms, outdoor showers, and a level and shaded area for tents. The pavilion is actually available for rental by anyone, and when rented, the campground would not be available, so you won’t be having your group event with a bunch of screaming kids running around. If interested, visit the National Park Service’s official Permits web page for Gulf Islands National Seashore.

The campground is right on Pensacola Bay, so campers can go swimming and fishing. There are also many hiking trails in the area. See the Naval Live Oaks Hiking Trails web page for details.
