FORT HANCOCK WALKING TOUR
Tour Stop 4: Handball Court
Building Number 40
Construction Date: 1941
The post handball court used a side wall of the YMCA building. There was originally a gymnasium on this spot, but it was torn down in 1941 when a new gym was built onto the opposite side of the building. This empty space was filled with the handball court.
