CAPE HATTERAS NATIONAL SEASHORE HISTORIC SITES

The main attractions at Cape Hatteras National Seashore are the beaches and other natural features, but there are also a few sites of historical interest. The three lighthouses are covered on the Lighthouses web page. Three other sites of historical interest are the Little Kinnakeet Historic Life Saving Station and the British Cemetery on Hatteras Island, and the Pony Pens on Ocracoke Island. See the following web pages for details.
