Langston Golf Course clubhouse
Langston Golf Course is located north of RFK Stadium and is part of Anacostia Park. Established in 1955 as a course for black golfers, Langston remained segregated long after white-dominated courses started to allow black patrons. Today it is open to everyone, and you will find golfers of all races.

Langston is a no-frills course offering 18-holes of golf, a small clubhouse with proshop and restaurant, and a driving range. At the time of this writing in 2020, during the week you can play 18 holes for $25, and only $32 on the weekend (add $17 for a cart per person). A public course near me in Atlanta charges nearly double, so the prices are a great deal. Reviewers from Yelp claim Langston is the best of the three D. C. public golf courses (Rock Creek and East Potomac being the other two).
