Langston Golf Course is located at 2600 Benning Road, NE in Washington, D. C., and is part of Anacostia Park. Established in 1955 as a course for black golfers, Langston remained segregated long after white-dominated courses started to allow black patrons. Today it is open to everyone and is used by golfers of all races.

Langston is a no-frills course offering 18-holes of golf, a small clubhouse with proshop and restaurant, and a driving range. At the time of this writing in 2025, during the week you can play 18 holes for $34, and only $43 on the weekend (add $18 for a cart per person). A public course near me in Atlanta charges nearly double, so the prices are a great deal. Reviewers from Yelp claim Langston is the best of the three D. C. public golf courses (Rock Creek and East Potomac being the other two).

See the Langston Golf Course web page for more information.
