Fishing on Cedar Creek in Congaree National Park

Fishing from the shore or from non-motorized boats is allowed anywhere in Congaree National Park except within 25 feet of a manmade structure. No permits are required from the National Park Service, but you do need a valid South Carolina fishing license, and all South Carolina fishing regulations apply.

See the National Park Service’s Fishing web page for more information.
