Ranger programs are held daily at Fort Stanwix National Monument in July and August, and on select days the rest of the year (except when closed from Christmas through the end of March). History talks are held at the Visitor Center and inside the fort where Rangers are on duty, often dressed in period costumes. Weapons are demonstrated, though not fired. There are also a variety of Ranger-guided walks and bike rides around town, plus living history events such as the Siege Ends Ceremony Day in August. For a schedule, see the National Park Service’s official Calendar web page for the park.
With a few exceptions, use of any photograph on the National Park Planner website requires a paid Royalty Free Editorial Use License or Commercial Use License. See the Photo Usage page for details.
