Iowa Monument at the Iowa Reservation in Rossville, Georgia, Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park
The Iowa Reservation is the southernmost reservation along Missionary Ridge at the Chattanooga Unit of Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park. It is located on the corner of Highway 27 and West Crest Road in Rossville, Georgia, on a parcel of land not much bigger than a street corner—it is actually on a street corner. A wayside exhibit about the importance of Rossville during the battles and two benches are also on the property. There is no parking specifically for the monument, but you can park across the street at one of the local businesses.
