Castillo de San Marcos National Monument is located in the historic district of St. Augustine, Florida, and is the city’s biggest tourist attraction. The fort tour is self-guided with Rangers on hand to answer questions. Activities include exploring the fort, seeing the museum exhibits and park film, listening to a Ranger dressed in period costume give talks about the fort’s history, and watching historic weapons firing demonstrations.
