Although I never saw one, apparently there are a number of ponds that are open to catch-and-release fishing at Manassas National Battlefield Park. Fishing in Bull Run is also allowed. Virginia fishing regulations apply, and a Virginia fishing license is required. No permit from the National Park Service is needed.
