PARK FILM
A 14-minute film about Colonial-era farm life shows on demand in the Visitor Center’s auditorium. The film is narrated by “George Washington,” who reminisces about growing up in rural Virginia. The narration sounds as if it were pulled from memoirs of the man, but it could be made-up dialog for all I know. The subject matter is suitable for all ages.
EXHIBIT AREA
On the lower level of the Visitor Center is small exhibit area with information about the Washington family and a collection of George Washington memorabilia. In keeping with the theme of the park, this is not a place to learn about General Washington or President Washington, but about Boy George and his family.
SCHEDULING YOUR TIME
The typical visitor will spend about fifteen minutes browsing through the exhibits and another fifteen watching the park film.
