There are two trails within Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area that are open to horseback riding: the Conashaugh View Trails in Pennsylvania and the Upper Ridge Road Trail in New Jersey. Riders can get in ten miles on the Conashaugh View Trails, while the Upper Ridge Road Trail is just 2.5 miles, one way (five mile ride out-and-back). Horse trailer parking is on Jagar Road (Upper Ridge Road Trail) and at the Conashaugh View Trailhead on Conashaugh View Road.

There are no stables offering horse rides within the park. These trails are meant for people who have their own horses.

The following trail reports were written for hikers, but the information should still be of value to horseback riders.
