Old Mine Road Historical Buildings

The Minisink Dutch Reformed Church is located at the north end of Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area at 346 River Road in Montague, New Jersey. While going by the name River Road, this is actually part of the original Old Mine Road where so many of the historical buildings within the park are situated.

The Minisink Dutch Reformed Church was established in 1737, the same year as three other Dutch Reformed congregations in the Delaware River Valley. The current church building dates to 1899, and the congregation now uses Reformed as its moniker and not Dutch Reformed. It is still a working church with a small congregation. Visit the Minisink Reformed Church Facebook page for more information.

The church cemetery has graves dating back to 1805. It is located next to the church.
