There is a covered picnic pavilion and a fancy outhouse (portable toilet in a permanent building) at Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial next to the parking lot for the Lincoln Living Historical Farm. However, there are only two tables and no grills, so despite being covered, it is not set up for large group picnics. The pavilion has two benches as well. I suspect it is used more by Rangers talking with school groups than for actual picnicking.
There are also four picnic tables by the Visitor Center parking lot. Again, this is not a group picnicking area, just a place for guests to have a bite to eat when exploring the park.
