There is a canoe launch located at the north end of the Jones Bridge Unit of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. To reach it, take the trail from the parking lot down to the main trail that runs along the river (200-foot walk). The canoe launch is at this intersection.

There is a second ramp as well, but it is .4 mile down the main trail to the left next to where the former Jones Bridge ruins are located (the bridge collapsed in January 2018 and has since been removed). I have no idea who would use this ramp, because there is no road to it, and certainly nobody is going to walk nearly a half mile when there is a ramp 200 feet from the parking lot.

You can also launch your hand-paddled watercraft from the boat ramp located at the center of the park unit, but on weekends only vehicles with boat trailers can park there.
