RECOMMENDATIONS
Unless you have nothing better to do, and even then I’d think twice, avoid the Adams Key Loop Trail. In early March, having just come from the Everglades where I rarely saw any mosquitoes—and the Everglades is synonymous with mosquitoes—it never dawned on me that I would need bug repellent on a waterless island in the Atlantic Ocean, but I was literally forced to run through this trail because if I stopped, I was swarmed by the pests. Furthermore, there is absolutely nothing worth seeing. The trail runs through a forest and never comes within sight of the water.
