Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park is located in the busy suburb of Atlanta, Kennesaw, and is the most visited battlefield in the National Park system. Activities include a Civil War museum, hiking, and military living history. Allow at least one day to visit the park, which would include hiking some the the trails. A thorough exploration of the park will take two full days.
