JOHNSON FERRY UNIT MAP
North Section
Johnson Ferry North is located at the intersection of Johnson Ferry Road and Columns Drive. The parking lot can be seen from the street. However, this lot is a paved, overflow lot, so be sure to continue driving to the dirt parking lot, as this lot is closer to the trails and picnic area.
South Section
Johnson Ferry South is located on Columns Drive on the opposite side of Johnson Ferry Road from the North Unit parking lot. There are two entrances to the park, but the first one closest to Johnson Ferry Road is always locked, so drive down the road until you come to the second entrance.
Hyde Farm Entrance
Hyde Farm is a section of the Johnson Ferry Unit used for youth camps and educational programs. While there is an entrance into the park at Hyde Farm, you can’t get inside unless you are a participant in an event. The farm is a good ways northeast of the hiking trails and boat ramp at Johnson Ferry, so other than attending an activity at the farm, a typical visitor would not have a need to use this entrance.
