Public boat ramp for motorboats and non-motorized watercraft that is operated by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC). You must obtain a launch permit to use PFBC ramps. This requirement is for all types of watercraft including canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, rowboats, rafts, and sailboats without a motor. LOCATION
Off of the Honesdale and Delaware Turnpike / PA 652 just downriver from the Narrowsburg-Darbytown Bridge on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River. If using Google Maps, search PA Fish and Boat Launch Narrowsburg for directions.

BOAT RAMP DETAILS
The PFBC’s boat ramp near Narrowsburg, New York, has a concrete boat ramp, portable toilet, and an asphalt parking lot. It is not as DE-lux as the NY DEC Boat Ramp on the other side of the river, but it is more than adequate.

If paddling or motorboating down the Delaware River, the PFBC boat ramp is .3 mile downstream from the Narrowsburg-Darbytown Bridge on the right side of the river. You can’t miss it.
