BOAT RAMP DETAILS
The Callicoon Boat Ramp can accommodate all types of boats. It is a convenient location to start or end a paddling trip on the Delaware River for it has a large parking area, easy access to the river, and even a portable toilet. However, the ramp has become somewhat eroded away and has a steep drop-off, which might make launching a trailered motorboat a little difficult.
If landing at the Callicoon ramp from upriver, as soon as you go under the Callicoon Bridge start heading to the Pennsylvania (right) side of the river. The ramp is located just before coming to an island, .6 mile past the bridge.
