The Martins Creek Boat Ramp can accommodate trailer-launched and hand-launched watercraft.

LOCATION

The Martins Creek Boat Ramp is located off of Depues Road in Bangor, Pennsylvania, between the Interstate Energy Company and the Martins Creek Power Plant. If using Google Maps for directions, search MARTIN’S CREEK BOAT ACCESS DEPUSE ROAD. The ramp is owned by the Pennsylvania Power and Light Company.

The first boat ramp within the Lower Delaware National Wild and Scenic River, the Sandt’s Eddy Boat Ramp, is 4.8 miles south of the park’s northern boundary. Therefore, in order to paddle the entire river within the park, you must start outside the park, and the Martins Creek Boat Ramp is the closest to the northern boundary at just .4 mile away.

FEES

There is no fee or permit required to use the Martins Creek Boat Ramp.

BOAT RAMP DETAILS

The Martins Creek Boat Ramp is a concrete ramp suitable for launching small boats of all types. It is located just downriver from a railroad bridge and is within the PPL Martins Creek Environmental Preserve.
