The Vickery Creek Unit of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is a hiker’s park. There are about seven miles of trails in the northern section, though to walk all of them you’d have to crisscross the park, often doubling back and/or retracing your paths.
There is about a miles’ worth of trails in the southern section, which is known as Allenbrook due to the Allenbrook House on the property. These are out-and-back trails, which adds up to about 1.7 miles of hiking.
