Formally dedicated on September 17, 2020, the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial is one of the newest memorials in Washington, D. C., that is managed by the National Park Service. The memorial commemorates the life and career of the Supreme Commander of Allied Expeditionary Forces during the last years of World War II and the 34th President of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower.
