A picnic area at Booker T. Washington National Monument with a dozen tables and three grills is located on a hill in a shaded area near the Visitor Center parking lot. There is a paved pathway that leads to the tables.
There is one table and grill located right next to the parking lot for disabled visitors.
All tables are taken on a first come, first served basis. As far as I know, there is no way to reserve picnic tables, but this is not the type of picnic area that you would want to hold an event at anyway because the tables are spread out over a large area. It is for guests who want a bite to eat while visiting the park.
