Picnic pavilion near Battery Langdon at Gulf Islands National Seashore

I don’t know if this pavilion has an official name, but I’m calling it the Battery Langdon Picnic Pavilion because it is located near the end of a dirt road that runs to the right of Battery Langdon in the Fort Pickens unit of Gulf Islands National Seashore. As of March 2022, the pavilion is still standing, but from what I was told, it is slated to be removed one day. It is currently run down and only has a couple picnic tables and two large, rusty grills. There is a restroom on the other side of the parking lot (closed when I visited in March 2021), and access to the beach at Penscola Bay is just a little farther down the road. The tables are taken on a first come, first served basis.
